Katherine Garcia, LPC
Katherine Garcia is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arizona, Utah and Texas. She has been practicing for over 19 years and is the founder of White Lotus Enterprises (Previously known as Core Connect Wellness) and Saguaro Integrated Wellness. Kat believes that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.
Kat offers specialized services such as work with Lifestyle couples (Poly, swingers and ENM), couples with BDSM and Kink dynamics, sexual dysfunctions and disparities in couples, as well as LGBTQIA+ couples. She is EMDR and Gottman trained, as well as trained in interventions from a REBT, CBT, Solution-Focused and IFS approaches. Kat is also certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapies.
